Cumalikizik village and Saidabad waterfall tour

Cumalikizik village and Saidabad waterfall tour

Tophane, Bursa's old citadel, is in an elevated position and is famous for its clock tower and cannons, which are still fired during the months of Ramazan to let people know that it’s time to break their fast.

We then move on to Cumalikizik, an old Ottoman village dating back 700 years with picturesque Ottoman-style houses set amongst cobbled streets. Feel the atmosphere while exploring the village and take memorable photos. You can also buy traditional handicrafts and local food here.

The tour then moves on to a local waterfall and river, which originates from the melting snow on top of the mountains in Uludag and is one of the main sources for drinking water in Bursa. You’ll have a break for lunch to appreciate the natural beauty of the area.

In the afternoon, the tour stops at a shopping and textile centre where you can find some great bargains on lots of cotton products before finally reaching our last destination. In the botanic park you’ll have some free time to enjoy the scenery, or there’s the option of horse riding here for an additional charge.
