We will start the tour with a panoramic drive around Dubrovnik. You will first visit the bridge where you have time to make beautiful pictures of the new harbor. Franjo Tudjman bridge is connecting two sides of the shore and from there you see Gruž port at the palm of your hand, Lapad peninsula, Mokosica and the so-called river area. We will briefly stay on the bridge, for your to soak in the panorama and we’ll proceed afterwards our drive down the Adriatic road.

We will continue the drive along the river of Dubrovnik, to the highest point in town, mountain Srdj. You will get an introduction to recent history and some time to take breathtaking pictures of the old town. This is an example of the view from the Adriatic road that will follow you along the drive towards Cavtat. Adriatic road is the longest road in Croatia – it starts in Trieste and goes all the way towards Albania, where it ends.

The tour continues with a panoramic drive along Dubrovnik’s Riviera to the most picturesque ancient town Cavtat. This is the first place where we take a stroll and find out more about the history of Dubrovnik. Cavtat is a favorite port in the summertime for many luxurious yachts and this beautiful peninsula is perfect for coffee and enjoying the gorgeous views, as you walk down the waterfront promenade. You will have a walk along the pretty waterfront promenade with views of luxury yachts and dalmatian architecture. The very beginnings of Dubrovnik’s history started from old Epidaurus, today known as Cavtat. Our professional guide will introduce you to interesting stories about history and culture. You will have free time to explore the beauty of this magical little town.

After that, we will visit the old town of Dubrovnik where you will get a historical walking tour and explore the most interesting parts of the town. Inside the Old town of Dubrovnik you will explore Pile Gate, Stradun – main street, Luza Square, Rector’s Palace, Dubrovnik Cathedral, Monument of Poet Ivan Gundulic and Prijeko Street, among others.

After the walking tour you will have free time to explore Dubrovnik by your own before we take you to your Dubrovnik-based accommodation.
