How does it work?
Your card will be delivered before your arrival at your hotel located in the Sultanahmet, Taksim and Besiktas areas. After booking, the local partner will send you a separate email with a city map and an e-booklet with discounts for attractions and activities in Istanbul.
The card can be used only for the metro, funicular, tram, bus, and ferry; swipe it once you enter each station or stop. It is not valid for airport transfer to the city.
The remaining unused value can be used within 6 months by you or anyone else you give the card to. The value cannot be refunded.
