With its immense natural beauty, Bled, together with its surroundings and the magnificent lake and island, is one of the most beautiful alpine resorts in the world. The beauty of the mountains reflected on the lake, the sun, the peace and quiet and the fresh air arouse pleasant feelings in visitors all year round. Ljubljana is the capital of Slovenia and a very beautiful small metropolis. It is green and pleasant to live in. The historical city center, the river Ljubljanica, the castle, the open market... are only the main attractions to explore.
The excursion starts at the hotel. After about 2 hours of driving we reach the beautiful town of Bled. Only if you have selected the option, the visit will begin with a one hour tour of Bled Castle and its panoramic view.
Afterwards we continue with the pletna boat trip (not included) to the lake island and some free time for lunch and shopping or just to taste a typical cake called "kremšnita" (1 hour and 30 minutes). The tour is preceded by the transfer back to Ljubljana. Here the guide will introduce you to the main sights of the city and its historical center. After about 3 hours of visit we will return to the hotel and finish the tour.
