Roaring Fork Jeep Tour
Travel through the town of Gatlinburg and into the western edges of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park.
Once you leave Gatlinburg, you enter a heavily forested area and the road narrows to a single lane through this mountainous area. From here, the trail twists and turns for six miles on a one-way loop. Only cars and trucks can fit on this road, no busses. Along this route, you will come to mountain viewpoints along with historic structures. In the 1830’s and 1840’s this was the American Frontier. You will start down the mountain following a “roaring” mountain stream, for which this road is named, offering views of a waterfall. Once you get back to Pigeon Forge, enjoy a thirty-minute four-wheel drive adventure.
All Jeep tours conducted on National Park paved roads with an additional 4x4 trail at the end of your tour. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age is 2 years. Child rates apply to children 2 to 12 years old. Car seats provided for children 2 to 4 years old.
Off road 4x4 portion of the tour is not recommended for pregnant women, persons with back or neck problems, or persons with serious injuries. For the comfort of all guests, we do not allow firearms or weapons of any kind, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, drones, glass containers, alcohol, coolers, professional video equipment, illegal substances or cremated remains on our tours.
