Once arrived at our meeting point, a short van transfer will lead you in the heart of the Classic Valpolicella area: Gargagnago.

Among the typical marogne (stone walls around the cultivated fields), by tiny water streams, you'll advance in a narrow valley with lush vegetation. Here the air is fresh in the hottest months too. The shadow gladdens the hikers, so does the sound of the bush, the flowers, the birds.

The track goes up and the village of San Giorgio Ingannapoltron that has an old trick: its name hides the story that the borrow is always a bit further that what you thought.

But finally you will reach the well preserved village, on the top of the hill. What a beautiful view, even Lake Garda shines right in front of you!
Now it's time for a short rest to discover the ancient church e enjoy the wine of the area: the famous Valpolicella DOC.

With the walking sticks you'll distribute the effort and better use legs and arms and you will enjoy every single second of this amazing experience!
